A credit card is required to create the account but will not be charged until after the 30 Free Trial Period is over.

Billing Questions:

Yes. Once your account is created you will be able to enter multiple credit cards and switch between them whenever you want.
Yes. Debit cards can be used just as you would a normal credit card. Just be sure that you have enough funds in your account when your monthly billing is due to avoid any interruption in the use of your account.
Your credit card will be billed on the anniversary date of your account creation. For example. If you create your account on the 10th of the month, your credit card will be billed on the 10th of every month. If you happen to create your account on the 31st day of the month, your card will be billed on the last day of the month depending on the number of days in that month.
Yes. You can use the “Suspend Billing” button in the Billing section of the dashboard. This will suspend the monthly billing cycle and lock out all of your users. Only the account administrator can login while billing is suspended. If you trigger the option in the middle of the billing cycle your credit card will be billed for the days used up to that point in time. Billing will only resume once the “Resume Billing” button is clicked by the account administrator.
We will send you an email after 3 months of suspended billing asking you to click a link within the email to verify that you intend to keep your account open. If you do not respond to the email within two weeks we will delete your account and all of the data. We will also send a final reminder a few days before we delete your account. If you return at a later date you will need to sign up for a new account and re-create all of your events etc.
